These terms and conditions of Nelisa s.r.o., Company ID 099 50 311, Tax ID CZ09950311 with its registered office at Šostakovičovo náměstí 1515/5, 155 00 Praha 5 - Stodůlky, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 344567 (hereinafter referred to as "Nelisa") govern access and use of the website www.nelisa.com/en/ (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions").
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of Nelisa and those using https://www.nelisa.com/en (hereinafter "www.nelisa.com"), including access to www.nelisa.com, as well as other related legal relationships. www.nelisa.com serves to advertise job offers or personal profiles.
1.2. When registering to or otherwise using www.nelisa.com, the user is required to become familiar with the current version of the terms and conditions and is bound to comply with the obligations arising therefrom. If a user registers to www.nelisa.com as a representative of a legal entity, they are obliged to do so only if they are authorized to represent this legal entity.
The terms used in these terms and conditions with a capital initial letter have the following meanings:
Credit is a virtual payment means, which can be used for payment for Nelisa services. It is based on the current exchange rate that is listed on https://www.nelisa.com/en/for-companies;
Offer represents a customer’s job offer published at www.nelisa.com;
Terms and Conditions refers these terms and conditions;

www.nelisa.com refers to a website located at https://www.nelisa.com/en/;
User refers to any person who visits www.nelisa.com; and
Customer refers to a natural or legal person who creates a profile of their company on Nelisa.
3.1. Nelisa provides the following services:
3.2. Regarding job offers, it is possible to choose an automatic extension that occurs after the Job offer expires. Notice of automatic renewal of the job offer is sent to an email address that the customer specifies as a contact address. The automatic extension of job offer can be changed to a manual extension at any time.
3.3. Subscription: How does it work?
Our Subscription service allows you to use our services without interruption, for the best price and without unnecessary administration. Each month you can post a certain number of PLUS offers with extensive online campaigns and a certain number of BASIC offers with basic support.
BASIC offers are automatically extended each month until the position is closed, PLUS campaign offers can also be extended if needed, or you can post a new position for the month.
How do I post the first offer?
You have two options - after confirming the order, you will have automatically uploaded credits on your company profile (which will be uploaded automatically to the full amount every month) and then you can add the offer yourself in the classic way. Or you have the second option, which is to let us upload the advertisements. In that case, send the job offers in any format to upload@nelisa.com with specifying the type (PLUS or BASIC)
How can I pay for my subscription?
We can adapt the invoicing to your individual needs. It depends on each of the clients, you can choose whether you prefer a one-time payment in advance or you want to send invoices regularly on a monthly basis and thus divide the entire amount equally.
How many ads do I have available?
The number of advertisements depends on the chosen subscription option.
Light subscription - 1x PLUS offer + 10 BASIC offers
Standard subscription - 2x PLUS offers + 20 BASIC offers
Premium subscription - 5x PLUS offers + unlimited number of BASIC offers
How can I use the copywriting service?
Copywriting is free for the first month on all PLUS offers. In the following months and for all BASIC offers, it is a paid service in the amount of CZK 2990 CZK for the copywriting for one offer. As part of the copywriting service, we will adjust the selected advertisements for you according to our know-how and your requirements so that it is as attractive as possible for the given target group of candidates.
How long are my ads valid for?
PLUS offers (with marketing support):
Marketing-supported offers are always valid for 30 days, regardless of when you place them during your subscription. If your subscription ends on 1/1/2023 and you place a PLUS offer on that day, the ad will run for the next 14 days and the offer will be visible on Nelisa and Job aggregators until 1/31/2023.
BASIC offers:
All BASIC ads that are displayed during your subscription are automatically renewed. During the time they are published, they are displayed on our partner portals, but an individual marketing campaign does not run on them. On the day the subscription ends, all BASIC ads will close by themselves.
How do I know how many ads I have left?
Each month you can draw the corresponding number of advertisements according to the type of Subscription. Your Account manager, or the administrative support team, will be happy to help you with the correct withdrawal, e-mail: support@nelisa.com, phone: +420 702 102 080.
Do offers carry over to the next month if I don't use them?
BASIC offers are automatically extended every month until they are closed or paused. For PLUS offers, we check with companies whether they want to extend the offer for another month or add a new job offer instead.
What if I run out of offers and need to post another job offer?
In addition to the subscription, you can also purchase other individual job offers within our packages at any time. These services are not mutually exclusive. There is no quantitative limit to the number of additional offer purchased outside of the subscription. For more information about expanding advertising, you can always contact our sales department or customer support.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
If you need more promoted offers, you have 2 options. You can purchase an advertising package at the e-shop or from your Account Manager. If your needs are long-term, the Account Manager can increase your subscription and the necessary amount to be increased will be reflected in the next invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription?
By creating an offer, an invoice is issued by Nelisa and thus a binding order is created, the subscription cannot be cancelled. In case of any complications, you can always contact your account manager or customer support for individual advice.
What happens when the subscription ends?
At the moment of termination of the Subscription, the validity of all BASIC offers will also expire. PLUS offers published as part of the Subscription will end after 30 days from the date of publication.
My subscription is ending and I want to continue, what should I do?
Contact your dedicated Account Manager or write to support@nelisa.com, we will get back to you.
4.1. By entering a job offer by the customer, an order is created, which represents a proposal for the conclusion of a contract with Nelisa. This proposal is subject to approval by Nelisa.
4.2. Nelisa reserves the right to modify or delete entered job offers at its own discretion. Modifications made by Nelisa may include, in particular, deleting links and contact details in job offers and modification of categories and types of employment stated in job offers so that the categories and types of employment correspond best to the job offered. The approval of a job offer usually takes place by the next business day.
4.3. The following rules apply to the content of the customer's job offer:
4.4 Approval of entered job offer by Nelisa offer represents acceptance of the customer's proposal and commencement of contractual relationship with Nelisa contract. Once approved, the job offer is published in the manner and to the extent that customer stated during listing process and which is detailed in https://www.nelisa.com/en/for-companies.
5.1. All prices are based on the current price list at https://www.nelisa.com/en/for-companies.
5.2. The customer is entitled to cancel any order within 24 hours after the order was placed.
5.3. An invoice with a maturity of 14 days is issued for each order. In case the payment is immediately made by the card, the invoice is issued without a due date.
5.4. Provider accepts these payment terms:
5.5. If automatic renewal is selected, Nelisa sends a pro forma invoice to the customer. After an automatic renewal of the job offer, Nelisa will issue with a 14-day pro forma invoice, after its payment, a standard invoice will be sent to the customer. At the customer's request, Nelisa can send only standard invoices. The price for automatic renewal is the same as the listing or standard extension of a job offer.
5.6. The Customers have also the option to prepay the services by buying credits, which can be then used based on their current needs. This payment is subject to conditions, see Sections 4.2. and 4.3. Credits are valid one year after purchase and purchased credits cannot be converted back into money.
5.7. All our customers' problems are assessed and dealt with individually. Nelisa may, at its sole discretion, return credits or credit credits to the customer at the extent Nelisa deems appropriate.
5.8. The Customer agrees to the use of any invoices in an electronic form. An invoice in electronic form can be delivered by the provider to the e-mail address defined by Customer for this purpose, to the e-mail address mentioned in the user's profile of Customer and in case this is not possible, even to other e-mail addresses used by Customer.
6.1. Provider keeps records of users looking for work in a database. In terms of maintaining the database of job seekers, Nelisa complies with the provisions of the relevant legislation, in particular with the regulations on personal data protection.
6.2. When creating a profile, the user is required to provide true and up-to-date information. www.nelisa.com is entitled to publish entered data in relation to potential employers to provide a suitable candidate for the employer on one side and employment for the candidate on the other side.
6.3. The user is included in the database until they decide to opt-out. Opting out is possible by contacting us at support@nelisa.com.
7.1. The user agrees to use remote means of communication when entering into a contract with Nelisa. Access and use of www.nelisa.com is free of charge. However, the user bears the costs incurred in connection with the access and the use of www.nelisa.com (i.e. the cost of Internet connection, etc.).
7.2. Registration and creation of a profile of a customer or other user is subject to the provider's approval. The provider reserves the right to refuse registration and creation of a profile without giving any reason. In addition, Nelisa is eligible to remove a user account already created in the event of a breach of the obligations under these terms and conditions by the user.
7.3. The customer is allowed to enter job offers only after registering at www.nelisa.com. When registering and publishing job offers, the customer is required to provide true and up-to-date information.
7.4. Users are allowed to respond to published job offers without the need to register. In case of interest, the user is allowed to register and publish their own candidate profile.
7.5. Based on the registration, the user account is created, which is secured with a name and password. Users are required to maintain confidentiality with regard to access data and to prevent the use of a user account by third parties who are not authorized to use it as a representative of the user who is a legal entity. The user account created by the registration can be removed at any time.
7.6. www.nelisa.com is not a party to any contractual relationship between any user and the customer. Nelisa leases to customers the space on www.nelisa.com for the publication of job offers and is not responsible for any defects in the content or appearance of the content posted by customers at www.nelisa.com. Nelisa is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, truthfulness of the content posted on www.nelisa.com or for any malicious behavior of the customer through www.nelisa.com, violation of personal or copyright rights. Nelisa is not responsible for any files uploaded by users.
7.7. Nelisa does not guarantee uninterrupted access to www.nelisa.com, including the user account, nor the safety of www.nelisa.com. Nelisa is not liable for any damages incurred to the user or the customer during the access and use of www.nelisa.com, including any damage resulting from downloading of the data published at www.nelisa.com, damages caused by interruption of operation, failures of www.nelisa.com, computer viruses as well damages caused by data loss, loss of profit, unauthorized access to transfers and data of the users.
7.8. By clicking on some links on the www.nelisa.com portal, you may be redirected out of the www.nelisa.com portal and to third-party websites.
7.9. Nelisa reserves the right to limit or terminate customer/user access to the www.nelisa.com portal at any time.
7.10. Users individually or in connection with the third parties, have rights to offer or promote Nelisa.com services or other Provider's products only with previous written consent from Provider.
8.1. Privacy and cookies are governed by the privacy policy that is stated at https://www.nelisa.com/en/personal-information and the rules of the use of cookies, which are listed at https://www.nelisa.com/en/cookies. These documents represent an integral part of these terms and conditions.
8.2. In cases where Nelisa processes personal data (as a processor) for the customer (as an administrator), the customer authorizes Nelisa to process the personal data of the users who responded to the customer's job offer. Such processing is done in order to process reaction to the job offer and maintain a list of users who expressed their interest in the advertised job offer.
8.3. Nelisa is authorized to process personal data for the customer for the period no longer than the duration of their contractual relationship, in particular through the functions of the www.nelisa.com portal, including the customer profile.
8.4. Furthermore, Nelisa as a processor is also required:
8.5. The customer grants Nelisa a general consent to the involvement of other processors in the personal data processing that Nelisa performs for the customer. Nelisa is required to inform the customer of all intended changes regarding the involvement of other processors and allow the customer to make a statement of objection to the change. Nelisa is required to oblige other processors to comply with the obligations contained in these terms. If another processor fails to fulfill its obligation regarding personal data processing, Nelisa shall be responsible for performance of the processor's obligations.
8.6. Upon completion of processing of personal data for the customer, Nelisa is required, in accordance with the customer's instructions, to transfer personal data to the customer or to liquidate the personal data, including all copies thereof; this does not apply if Nelisa is legally authorized to continue processing your personal data.
8.7. In the case where a processing agreement is entered into between the customer and Nelisa, this agreement shall take precedence over the provision of these terms and conditions.
9.1. Nelisa may modify or supplement these terms and conditions. All changes to these terms and conditions will always be announced at the www.nelisa.com website. The relevant wording of the terms and conditions becomes effective at the moment of its publishing at www.nelisa.com. Amendments to the terms and conditions are without prejudice to the rights and obligations arising during the period of validity of the previous version of the terms and conditions.
9.2. In the event that the relationship related to the use of the website or the contractual relationship concluded between the user and Nelisa contains an international (cross-border) element, this relationship shall be governed by Czech law. To resolve any dispute arising in connection with the relationship referred to in the preceding sentence, the relevant General Court is in the Czech Republic.
9.3. In the event that a dispute arises between Nelisa and the user who is a consumer and this dispute cannot be settled by mutual agreement, the dispute may be subject to an out-of-court settlement by a designated entity such as the Czech Trade Inspection. Further information, especially on how to make a proposal for an out-of-court dispute settlement, can be found on the website www.coi.cz, you can also contact the designated entity at the e-mail address adr@coi.cz.
9.4. If any provision of the terms is invalid, ineffective or becomes invalid, the invalid provision will be replaced by a provision, whose meaning is closest to the invalid clause. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision is without prejudice to the validity of the other provisions.
